How right is it for a Man to serve himself from the pot of a women

I've been trying to follow up this argument a guy and I once had. This is it. "IS IT BAD FOR A GUY OR MAN TO SERVE HIMSELF FROM THE POT WHEN THE WOMAN IS THERE" ??

In our family it's just I and  my brother, so that automatically means there's no girl or female in the house . All our life's it's just my mum and any of us who does the cooking, but mostly mum does it.

As a busy woman she'd come back in the evening tired and tries her best to make meals, once she's through with cooking she dishes out for her husband and takes her own and tells us " you can get for yourselves in the pot"

Obviously you'd be obliged to day she gave us the permission, yes! You are right. But this translated into us serving ourselves without her permission because once she's through, we know what's next 😜😎 . Most times she might be at work having cooked the meal before going out , all we have to do is come back and serve ourselves.

So you see we're being programmed to do it ourselves. So something happened which would like to interest you. One of my cousins[female] came to visit us. So she cooked a meal that day, mum was not around so I came back and was famished and as usual opened the pot to serve my myself so she came out and was like " what the hell are you doing in my pot, you don't have the right to go to a woman's pot" 🙈🙈shit!! To say that I was embarassed was an understatement anything more than embarrassed would fit in. I had to keep myself down and left the kitchen.

So that's for me. There was this my married friend he was telling me what he's Wife did to him when he went to the pot to serve himself, this my friend have been calling his wife to serve him and he's Wife was busy with whatever she was doing then this my friend had to do it himself. The backlash he received from he's Wife was more than shocking since then he hasn't tried going to the pot again.

  So it's no new thing that women hold their pots and kitchen as a special assets which no one can tamper with.

I've got my own thought about this but I would like to know from you.

"IS IT BAD FOR A GUY OR MAN TO SERVE HIMSELF FROM THE POT WHEN THE WOMAN IS THERE" ??
